Common Questions

  • No! A professional massage should never make you feel uncomfortable or exposed. You will be asked to dress down to your comfort level and will never be disrespected or judged. This is a safe space for you and your wellness journey.

  • No! Although I do recommend the benefits of a full body massage, this is your time and preference for what you feel your body needs. You can tailor the massage however it best suits you!

  • My studio is in my home and has your very own attached bathroom for your use and privacy.

  • Absolutely! I encourage clients to enjoy their quiet time and try to clear the mind of all distractions. However, if it makes you more comfortable to talk during the massage, that is fine too. :)

  • A massage should not be painful to the point to where you are uncomfortable. Some areas may feel sore or more tender, but the goal is to always be able to fully breathe throughout the massage and never wince or hold your breath against too much pressure. Always speak up if you’re not comfortable!

  • It is not necessary to undress for a facial, although I do recommend removing your shirt so it does not get product or water on it and will allow for a neck and shoulder massage if applicable. You will always be covered with a sheet and/or blanket.

  • Hot stones are added to your traditional massage to further relaxation, increase circulation and to warm up the muscles allowing the therapist to work deeper into the muscle tissue.

  • Gua sha uses a stainless steel tool to increase circulation and help to release fascia. Not recommended for everyone; please disclose all health related conditions to avoid any pain/discomfort.

  • Rebel massage body butters. Please indicate any allergies or skin conditions to avoid any allergic reactions.

  • Currently, we are using Circadia Skincare by Dr. Pugliese and Image Skincare.
